SUNCASA: nature-based adaptation in three cities

SUNCASA supports nature-based climate adaptation in Kigali, Dire Dawa and Johannesburg. IISD and the World Resources Institute lead the programme with funding from Global Affairs Canada.

One programme, distinct local work

The cities share an approach, not one set of results. Explore each city’s landscape, delivery partners and evidence. The detailed dashboard currently focuses on Kigali.

The programme’s film brings together field work and partner perspectives across the three cities.
