Myanmar's most recent NDC filing remains the 2021 update to its first NDC; no NDC3.0, or any newer-generation NDC, has been filed, confirmed against climate-laws.org's own dated register. Myanmar's climate governance otherwise rests on the 2019 National Climate Change Policy, paired with a 2018 to 2030 Climate Change Strategy and Master Plan, issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation. Myanmar has no carbon-market instrument, no forest or REDD+ law, and no net-zero or long-term strategy filing.
