Overview
Inside the project
It demonstrated an innovative benefit-sharing mechanism, formally establishing a Forest Carbon Trust Fund in June 2011 with a US$100,000 NORAD seed grant.
The pilot reported a combined carbon-stock increase equivalent to over 100,000 tonnes of CO2 across the three watersheds by 2011.
