✓ Integrated with Straatos

Straatos packages and submits PDDs and monitoring reports to Verra (VM0033 mangrove, VM0047 ARR, VM0048 REDD+) through its Ledger submission module.

The registry a nature-based credit ultimately lives on, and the rules the operating system must speak.

What they do

Inside Verra

Verra owns the VCS methodologies and the registry that issues and retires credits, dominant in nature-based sectors.

It is building its own digital-MRV layer (including a Pachama remote-sensing pilot) and updated CCP-label guidance.

S&P Global is rebuilding the Verra registry with a full API, slated to go live in 2026.

Host, don’t absorb

How Straatos integrates Verra

A primary host target. Verra is also building its own dMRV capture layer, mild coopetition there, but the FPIC, benefit-sharing and community angle is outside its scope.

01

Registry connection

Push project documentation and pull issuance/retirement status as the credit lifecycle progresses.

02

Methodology alignment

Map the record’s MRV outputs to VCS methodology requirements (e.g. VM0047 ARR).

03

dMRV interoperability

Align to Verra’s emerging digital-MRV programme via the 2026 S&P API.
