EarthOptics
EarthOptics combines in-field electromagnetic and electrochemical sensing with lab calibration to map soil organic carbon, compaction and nutrients at high spatial density, a measurement layer aimed at agricultural soil-health and carbon programs.

Inside EarthOptics
EarthOptics maps soil properties (organic carbon, compaction, nutrients) using mobile electromagnetic and electrochemical sensors combined with targeted lab calibration, producing spatially dense soil-property layers rather than sparse point samples.
Its GroundOwl product measures soil-carbon stocks to roughly one metre of depth, delivered commercially through partner Grassroots Carbon. The company reports more than 5 million acres mapped as of July 2025.
It is a measurement service, not a software platform: there is no public developer API, and outputs are delivered through partner workflows.
