Samoa Solar Power Development (SPEL)
Sun Pacific Energy Limited, an independent power producer, expanded an existing 2.2 MW solar facility to up to 4 MW, selling the output to Samoa's state utility, Electric Power Corporation, under what ADB describes as its first energy deal in the Pacific and first independent-power-producer investment in the region.
