Chad organised its national Great Green Wall agency by decree N°895/PR/MERH/2102 of 4 June 2012, with a Board of Directors and a Directorate-General. The government's national strategy is backed by an action plan for a first five-year phase with a budget estimated at CFA 27,376,000,000.
